4 Life Physio Pinjarra are here to help you meet your goals! We also pride ourselves on promoting healthy and active lifestyle choices for all our clients.

We have a strong focus on exercise-based rehabilitation and injury prevention as research shows that targeted strength and conditioning programs are not only an integral part of the recovery process, but also help to minimise the risk of any recurrence or future injuries and allow you to maintain peak performance long term; be this on the sports field or in your everyday life.

This is why 4 Life Physiotherapy has a well-equipped rehabilitation and conditioning gym onsite with brand new commercial grade equipment and state of the art Pilates reformers.

We aim to provide a safe and supportive environment to rehab and work out in, ensuring you are comfortable no matter your age, sex or physical condition.

Our physiotherapists and exercise physiologist can assist you with an appropriate, individualised program for

  • Injury Rehabilitation

  • Pre and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

  • Osteoarthritis

  • Weight Loss

  • Work Hardening / Return to Work Programs

Gym sessions can be completed one on one with your physiotherapist, as part of your usual treatment sessions, in one of our supervised, small group classes, or individually on a gym membership pass.

Please Note: Independent use of the gym facilities will require an assessment with one of our physiotherapists or exercise physiologists first. This allows us to screen for and manage any medical conditions that may present a risk during exercise, as well as to determine your goals, set you an appropriate program, demonstrate correct use of the equipment and to ensure you are completing your exercises with safe, effective technique.
