We're Hiring - Graduate and Experienced Private Practice and Aged Care Physio's!

4 Life Physiotherapy Mandurah AND Pinjarra are modern, purpose built Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation studio's with a great local reputation. Both practices are multidisciplinary clinics including Physio's, Podiatrists, Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Physiologists and include Clinical Pilates and Rehabilitation Gym equipment. We have a great, friendly team of like-minded health professionals and a steady stream of highly motivated and diverse clients. Our New Pinjarra Clinic opened in April and is already at full capacity with current staff. This is due to strong doctor and patient work of mouth referrals and our staffs dedication to helping our patients get back to full function.

We provide regular (weekly to fortnightly) in-house professional development and provide funding for external courses. We love helping our clients with evidence based hands-on treatment and movement-based therapies such as clinical pilates, hydrotherapy and gym based rehabilitation.


Graduate Physiotherapist (2018 and 2019 Graduates)

Applications are now open for our Graduate entry program - both for immediate start and 2019 graduates. Applicants should have a passion for musculoskeletal private practice with a strong desire to develop their clinical skills with our strong mentor-ship and professional development programs. Our clinical environment is second to none to aid development into a successful private practitioner:


  • Senior Physiotherapist Mentor(s)

  • Weekly to Fortnightly Professional Development

  • On-Site Gym, Hydrotherapy and Clinical Pilates Studios

  • Technology Focussed – Shockwave, Electronic Notes, PhysiTRACK, etc.

  • External Professional Development Courses

  • Learn from a large team of experienced Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Exercise Physiologists, and Remedial Massage Therapists.

Aged Care Physiotherapist (Part Time)

Are you an experienced aged care Physiotherapist? We are looking for a friendly and efficient Physio to provide Physiotherapy care in an aged care setting under the ACFI program in Mandurah. This is a highly flexible role which can likely work around existing family and other life commitments. We are able to offer between 10 and 32 hours per week with the possibility of growing the role to full time in the future for the right candidate.


Private Practice Physiotherapist

Manage a varied private practice caseload, with the opportunity to explore an interest in, or further develop your skills in, musculoskeletal injuries, orthopaedics, sports rehabilitation, occupational health, vestibular rehabilitation, Pilates, hydrotherapy and exercise rehabilitation.


  • Work in a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, podiatrists, exercise physiologists, and remedial massage therapists with extensive and varied experience in injury management and rehabilitation.

  • Regular in house professional development sessions. External professional development is also encouraged and supported with financial reimbursement.

  • Large referral base, huge potential for growth, and the opportunity to pursue your areas of interest. With over 85 new patients per week you can quickly build and manage a varied caseload of motivated, dedicated clients.

  • State of the art treatment facilities and a well-equipped onsite rehabilitation gym, Pilates gym and onsite hydrotherapy pools. We have some of the best facilities in the state.

  • Work at a comfortable pace (with minimum 30 minute appointments), where patient care is put first – all whilst earning excellent remuneration.

  • Relocation assistance available.


Requirements

To be successful in these roles you will need to:

  • Be a tertiary qualified Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration (or be graduating this year for our Graduate Program)

  • Have full working rights within Australia

  • Hold a current Police clearance

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Be friendly and professional with a patient focused approach to physiotherapy.

  • Be organised and be able to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team.
